Prices and payment
Each item is listed with a price including VAT (unless otherwise stated). In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method. Shipping conditions are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected shipping method.
Right of withdrawal/returns
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) applies for 14 days after you have received the product. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a specially manufactured product (e.g. custom cornhole with your own design) – or a product that has been given a clear personal touch (e.g. own motif on the cornhole board), the right of withdrawal does not apply.
When you report and activate a return, we charge a return handling fee to ship back and unpack the goods in our warehouse again. The fee for return handling is 15% of the order value of the product/products or a minimum of €20.
You do not have the right of withdrawal if:
The product is unpacked and used or if the withdrawal period (14 days) has passed. The right of withdrawal also does not apply if the product is specially manufactured for you as a customer with e.g. unique motif and design.
This is how you complete a return:
- If you wish to make a return, please contact us at contact@cornholestore.com. Enter your order number and that you want to make a return.
- We will send you a return shipping slip that you print out and attach to the package.
- The package is then handed in by you to the nearest Postnord agent.
- When we see that the package has arrived at our logistics center in Holland, we will refund your order value minus the return handling fee (15% of the order value).
- The whole process usually takes about 10 working days after you send the game back.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.
Warranties and service
We guarantee that your products will maintain the highest quality. Should something happen to the package during shipping and the item arrives damaged, this must be reported to us via email and also returned without picking up the package. We will then replace you with a new game. Our cornhole games are of the highest quality and should last for many years if you as the user take care of it (should be stored dry). Since a cornhole game is designated for manual wear by the user, we cannot offer any warranty periods.
Privacy Policy
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us via e-mail. Read more about our privacy policy.

The origin of the products
We cooperate with one of Europe’s leading cornhole factories, which means that we can deliver very good products at really good prices. The factory is located in Holland, where final assembly, print and logistics take place.
Deliveries
The delivery time is specified in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is indicated next to the respective item.
Your order is delivered to your home (or to the company) through DPD and a local freight partner. You will be contacted by DPD and you local freight partner who will offer you to choose a delivery time (e.g. Thursday at 18.00-20.00).
Standard delivery time: 5-10 working days (may be extended during periods of high pressure, always ask to be sure (if you need to know) as we cannot always guarantee standard delivery time). Normal times of the year for high pressure and extended delivery are usually around Easter, when the first sun/warmth appears and around midsummer.
Delivery of custom-made cornhole games takes place approximately 5-10 working days after you have approved and confirmed the design.
Unclaimed packages: Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently S€40.

Right of exchange
We offer the right of exchange if you have bought an item but want another one instead. Please note that the right of exchange is exercised in the same way as a return where you send the products back to us and we send new products after a new order has been placed. The return handling fee for returning the first game is 15% of the order value of the products being returned. Our regular shipping cost (€10-30 including VAT depending on what country your live in) applies upon delivery to you again with the new goods.
The reason for the fees for the right of exchange is because the shipping each way is very expensive and we pay far more than what our regular shipping cost is that you as a customer pay.
